This was the 2nd time for staying at the Abba Madrid. And we referred friends to stay there at the same time we did this last visit. It's so close to the airport, and we now consider it a tradition to stay here the night before we fly home when we visit Spain. In fact, this seems to be where the airline pilots and flight attendants also stay. We also love going to the Italian restaurant across the street. The hotel has TWICE gifted us the top floor rooms with outdoor terraces that overlook the city! It's simply breathtaking. I also love that there is a piano in the lobby that guests are invited to play!

The location was ideal and in route to the airport using a uber/taxi. it is very close to the metro station Cartagena, and on a 10/15 mins walking distance from one of the main stations Av Americas. There are convenience stores very close by and a lovely restaurant in the lobby.

Nice hotel, good room size. AC wasnt working in the room we were allotted but the hotel changed our room when we informed them about AC. Nice bathroom with toiletries. Hotel is away from the main city but has 2 metro stations within walking distance so commute to city is easy. Good restaurant and bar. Breakfast was good.

Very friendly staff! They let us check in 2 hours early and upgraded us to a junior suite, courtesy of the hotel! Had a lovely balcony with a great view over the city. Very clean and easy to navigate. 3 elevators so even though we were on the top floor, lifts were always available.

Very clean room and bathroom. Lovely scent in the lobby and hallways. Very friendly staff. Great walk-in shower.

The hotel is nicely located with easy access to public transport and taxis. The staff is exceptionally friendly and obliging. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfy. The hotel has a nice bar and serves a super breakfast.

When is Madrid we always stay at this property. The experience is totally exceptional. The staff make us feel at home and after a long day trip from Santiago de Compostela, it's like heaven.
